• Tirth Discovery & Navigation: Directory and location services for Jain Tirths, temples, and pedhis.
• Dharamshala & Bhojanshala Facilitation: Booking services for accommodation and meal coupons at affiliated centers.
• Devotional Media: Curated Jain Stavans, prayers, and synchronized multilingual lyrics.
• Community Partnerships: Referrals for pure Jain services, including seat-delivery train meal partnerships (such as Arihant Tiffins).

2. User Conduct & Responsibilities

Users of JainSpace agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registrations, inquiries, and booking submissions.
• Respect the sanctity, traditions, and values of the Jain community while interacting with platform listings and community features.
• Refrain from engaging in any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct on the platform.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

All room bookings, meal coupons, and partner orders initiated through JainSpace are subject to the specific operating rules of the respective Dharamshala, temple trust, or vendor partner.

Please review our Cancellation Policy carefully. Confirmed bookings and pre-booked services are non-refundable once processed.

4. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, design layouts, graphics, curated text, and custom software code on JainSpace are the intellectual property of JAINSPACE. Devotional lyrics and traditional hymns belong to their respective copyright holders or are in the public spiritual domain.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While JainSpace makes every effort to ensure accurate timings, availability, and information for all listed Tirths and services, all content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajasthan / Maharashtra, India.
